If you haven’t already, please read about how seriously we take this.

Our preference is always to have people on our waiting list as opposed to advertising puppies when they are available. We will usually have a litter available within 3 months but this means there is no rush and you can take your time making your decision.

How does the process work?

In the first instance we ask people to contact us by filling out our contact us form or preferably our questionnaire to get a bit more information on you, your family and lifestyle. Both of these can be found on the Contact Us page.

After that we usually like to arrange a FaceTime for us to have a chat with you and to give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

If you decide you would like to commit to one of our puppies we ask for a £250 deposit to go on the waiting list. This deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to provide you with a puppy in your given time frame or is transferable onto our next available litter if the timing isn’t quite right for you.

We will then notify you when your chosen litter is born via email. This email contains a lot of information (potentially too much) about everything you need to know and outlining everything you need to order and organise to be ready to bring the puppy home.

We have new families visit at 4-6 weeks to meet us, the parents and puppies and this is a great opportunity to ask any last minute questions and for us to make sure you have got everything covered. This meeting is also vital for us to get to know you and helps us with the allocating process. We can gather lots of information from the call and emails but there is nothing quite like meeting face to face.

We allocate the puppies between 7-8 weeks and let everyone on the list know which puppy they have been allocated before collection.

Your puppy will ready to leave between 8-10 weeks having had its first vaccine and a thorough vet check.

Unlike some breeders, our duty of care doesn’t end here. We pride ourselves on remaining available to every single person for the lifetime of the dog. We often have people with questions or needing help, support or just our advice weeks, months or years down the line and we take pleasure in being of assistance wherever possible.
